Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

2:07 a.m. Friday, Oct. 18, North CR 100E, north of Pound Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Matthew G. Stollar, 26, Westwood Street, Warsaw. Stollar’s vehicle struck a deer. Damage up to $2,500. 

6:16 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, US 30, east of Old Road 30, Warsaw. Drivers: Justin D. Hartley, 23, 4th Street, Pierceton; Taylor A. Augustson, 26, Joe Martin Road, Lowell; and Lacy E. Saunders, 33, Zimmer Road, Warsaw. Hartley’s vehicle rear-ended Augustson’s vehicle,  causing Augustson’s vehicle to rear-end Saunders’ vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.

3:49 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, Market Street, north of Funk Street, Warsaw. Driver: James M. Bell, 35, Oxford Street, Fort Wayne. Bell’s vehicle struck a light pole at the intersection of Market and Funk streets. Bell reportedly left the scene. He was later found by police and arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Damage up to $25,000. 

3:42 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, SR 15, south of Jalynn Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Susan Kline, 67, North CR 300E, North Manchester; Rogelio Medina Cervantes, 30, Church Street, Leesburg; and Jamie L. Martin, 38, West SR 25, Mentone. Kline’s vehicle rear-ended Medina Cervantes’ vehicle, causing Medina Cervantes’ vehicle to rear-end Martin’s vehicle. Medina Cervantes was issued a citation for no valid driver’s license. Damage up to $10,000.
