Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 3:06 p.m. Monday, Oct. 14, 300 block East Catherine Street, Milford. Officers investigated a report of criminal mischief.

North Webster

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 2:06 p.m. Monday, Oct. 14, 700 block Mill Street, North Webster. Dan B. Thystrup reported headphones and a car charger were stolen out of a vehicle. Items were valued at $20.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 3:52 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15, 300 block Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Donald Parker reported burglary.
• 12:45 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, 1500 block Fisher Avenue/Rozella Road, Warsaw. Report of a hit and run incident.
• 3:53 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, 200 block Sophie Lane, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of criminal trespass at Canterbury Apartments.
