Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

11:54 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15, US 30, west of North CR 350W, Warsaw. Driver: Patricia A. Schwartz, 26, North CR 450E, Leesburg. Schwartz’s vehicle struck a construction arrow board. Damage up to $2,500. 

4:47 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15, Old Road 30, west of North CR 300E, Warsaw. Driver: Michael A Randall, 55, North CR 225E, Warsaw. Randall’s vehicle struck a deer. Damage up to $10,000. 

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

12:41 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15, Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Drivers: Carol E. Hanlin, 64, East CR 500N, Leesburg; and Nicholas B. Rarick, 38, Old Suman Road, Valparaiso. Both vehicles were traveling west on Meijer Drive. It was reported that Hanlin’s vehicle merged into the lane Rarick was traveling in and her vehicle sideswiped his vehicle. Damage up to $5,000. 

5:57 a.m. Monday, Oct. 14, US 30, west of Center Street, Warsaw. Driver: Heather E. Weissert, 41, 12B Road, Bourbon. Weissert’s vehicle struck a deer. Damage up to $5,000.
