Owner Of Hogs R Wild BBQ Acquires Former Chicago Doghouse Building
WARSAW — The former Chicago Doghouse restaurant in Warsaw has been purchased by Mark Poling who plans to operate a barbeque restaurant.
The store will be known as Hogs R Wild BBQ.
Renovations are currently in the works at the building at 1527 N. Detroit St. More details regarding the restaurant’s opening will be revealed in December or January, Poling said.
Hogs R Wild currently operates as a food truck and offers catering services.
The restaurant will specialize in BBQ foods such as pulled pork, brisket and baby back ribs. The future eatery will not serve hotdogs, Poling said.
