North Webster

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following accident:

5:41 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, Crystal Flash Road, east of Blaine Street, North Webster. Driver: Michael L. Bickel, 72, EMS B37 Lane, Warsaw. Bickel’s vehicle went off the road and struck a speed limit sign. Damage up to $2,500. 

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

12:45 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, SR 15, Warsaw. Driver: Spencer R. Milford, 22, Duncan Drive, Warsaw. Milford said he was traveling south on SR 15 and in the right turn lane for Rozella Road when a vehicle came up behind him very quickly and rear-ended his vehicle. Milford said the other vehicle continued pushing his vehicle until the other vehicle turned right, onto Rozella Road. A witness, who was in the vehicle directly in front of Milford’s confirmed Milford’s account of what happened. The witness said he swerved to the left as the other vehicle pushed Milford’s vehicle past him. Damage up to 25,000. 

3:01 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, West CR 300N, Warsaw. Drivers: Kiran G. Carlin, 26, South Packerton Road, Warsaw; and Danny E. Graves, 71, West CR 700S, Claypool. Carlin’s vehicle struck Graves’ vehicle as Carlin was backing out of a parking space. Damage up to $2,500. 

1:18 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, West CR 300N, Warsaw. Drivers: William K. Shoemaker, 29, Widaman Street, Warsaw; and Barbara A. Drudge, 48, Park Avenue, Warsaw. Shoemaker’s vehicle backed into Drudge’s vehicle as Shoemaker was backing out of a parking space. Damage up to $2,500. 

12:31 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Gloria J. Paseka, 69, South CR 900W, Etna Green. Paseka’s vehicle went over a curb and struck the side of a building. Damage up to $10,000. 

9:09 a.m. Friday, Oct. 11, Parker Street, Warsaw. Driver: Chrystal D. LeCount, 39, Pine Mills Road, Warsaw. LeCount’s vehicle struck a parked, unoccupied vehicle as LeCount was backing out of a parking space. Damage up to $2,500. 

3:02 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Drivers: Dylan N. Owens, 16, South CR 425W, Claypool; and Carson D. Archer, 18, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. Owens’ vehicle rear-ended Archer’s vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
