SYRACUSE — Residents living in the area Maple Grove to the south end of the town limits of Syracuse,  including Oakwood Park, will have to boil water for one more day — until Friday, Oct. 11, according to Mike Noe, town manager.

Noe made the announcement this morning, Thursday, Oct. 10.

The boil order stems from a break in a main water line Tuesday morning and a valve blowing out Tuesday evening.

Residents are reminded it is recommended all cooking and drinking water be brought to a complete boil for three minutes before using.
