ETNA GREEN — One person died after a two-vehicle accident on Old Road 30, near CR 875W, Etna Green.

At approximately 3:15 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7, Etna Green Fire Department responded to a report of a vehicle accident involving a semi and an SUV.

Initial dispatch reports called for a medical helicopter and extrication for the driver of the SUV. However, the helicopter was later disregarded as the driver of the SUV died on scene. The Kosciusko County F.A.C.T. Team was also called to the scene of the accident.

Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office and Lutheran EMS assisted at the scene.
