WINONA LAKE — The Kosciusko Board of Realtors celebrated its successful 5th Annual 5K Build A Home-Run, Sept. 21.

The family-friendly fall event held at the Trails of Winona Lake raised $3,180 benefiting Habitat for Humanity of Kosciusko County. In addition to specific age groups, awards were given to male and female winners.

Male winners:

• 1st place, Ty Propp
• 2nd place, Ethan Runyan
• 3rd place, David Zink

Female Winners:

• 1st place, Mary Kinsey
• 2nd place, Trish Chavez
• 3rd place, Audrey Crush

All proceeds, including sponsorship and runner fees, went to Habitat of Humanity. By sharing the same vision as Habitat, providing safe, affordable housing in Kosciusko County, KBOR hopes to make an impact in the lives of families in need and benefit the community by providing stable home occupancy.
