Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

10:12 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24, 600 block Biscayne Avenue, Warsaw. Domestic battery was reported.
4:51 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24, 300 block Cook Street, Warsaw. Christopher D. Luthringer reported theft of credit/debit cards.
10:34 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2100 block Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. A cell phone was found in the roadway and turned over to the Warsaw Police Department.
