Atwood Church Preparing Free Community Breakfast

ATWOOD — The United Methodist Women’s group will be providing a free community breakfast, “Flapjacks and Fellowship” at Otterbein United Methodist Church from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28.

Held in the church’s fellowship hall, the meal includes pancakes, sausage, eggs, coffee, milk and juice.

Coordinating the breakfast are UMW members Jane Schroeder and Martha Coppes. They will be assisted by Rick Baney cooking his trademark eggs. The entire congregation is looking forward to greeting old and new friends.

Otterbein United Methodist Church is located at 306 E. Main St., Atwood. Visitors are asked to enter through the double doors on the west side of the building, leading directly to the fellowship hall. The entrance is handicapped accessible.
