Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 11:49 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2100 block East Fort Wayne St., Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of battery.
• 10:34 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2100 block East Fort Wayne St., Warsaw. Daniel J. Rocha reported an incident of forgery.
• 7:48 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, 500 block West Winona Ave., Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of domestic battery.
• 7:36 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, 300 block Argonne Road, Warsaw. Tony L. Meadows reported theft of a vehicle. Value: $1,600.
