LAKEVIEW 8TH GRADE 27, JOHN YOUNG 6

Led by a strong defensive effort, the Tigers traveled to Mishawaka to defeat John Young. The defensive effort was led by Lucas with two sacks, a fumble recovery and forced another fumble. Isaiah Martinez had a pass interception for a touchdown. Offensively Jack Hill threw touchdown passes to Kaden Ciaccia-Long and to Mathew Mulligan and also ran for a touchdown. Ciaccia-Long also had a 60-yard touchdown run.

LAKEVIEW 7TH GRADE 16, JOHN YOUNG 0

Drew Sullivan scored on a five-yard run and Gavin Schultz scored on a 18-yard run for the Tigers. Max Andrew and Saldivar each scored two-point conversions. Defense had it’s second shutout led by Daniel Ramirez three quarterback sacks.
