Anna M. Bays, 87, Winona Lake, passed away at 1:20 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 5, 2019, in Kosciusko Community Hospital. She was born on May 22, 1932, in Prestonsburg, Ky. to Amos and Annie (Reffit) Marsillett.

Anna lived most of her life in the Kosciusko County area. She was united in marriage to Turner Bays on Oct. 6, 1968, in Pierceton; she was previously married and preceded in death by her former husband, Elmon Honeycutt. She was a member of the Pentecostal Lighthouse Church, Warsaw. During her life, she loved to crochet, garden, cook, and can fresh garden goods.  She loved being with her family especially the grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Wayne Honeycutt of Mesa, Ark.; daughter, Rose (Tracy) Green of South Whitley; sister, Nancy Hile of Warsaw; grandchildren: Melanie Barrett, Corey Green, Christy Green, Holly Green: and numerous other grandchildren, great-grandchildren; nieces, and nephews also survive.  She was preceded in death by her son, Jeff Honeycutt, three brothers, and seven sisters.

Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m., Monday, Sept. 9, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.  A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 10, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.  Pastor Glen Hughes will officiate the service.  Interment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton.
