Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

8:48 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 5, US 30, near SR 15, Warsaw. Drivers: Destiny L. Bell, 20, East Walnut Drive D., Syracuse; and Breanna K. Welsh, 23, South Viking Drive, Mentone. Bell was merging her vehicle onto the eastbound lanes of US 30 from SR 15 when she struck Welsh’s vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.

7:54 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 5, 4300 Kuder Lane, Warsaw. Drivers: Monisha Mohan, 28, Kuder Lane, Warsaw; and Kaitlyn P. Engholm, 21, Kuder Lane, Warsaw. Mohan was backing her vehicle from a parking spot when she struck Engholm’s vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.

4:36 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 4, SR 15 and Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Ashley Nunez, 20, Winona Avenue, Warsaw; and unknown. Nunez told officers that she was driving southbound on SR 15, approaching the intersection of Anchorage Road when she leaned over to pick up some papers. Nunez’s vehicle strayed from her lane of travel and struck a blue passenger vehicle. Both drivers got out of their vehicle to look for damage but the driver of the blue passenger car then drove away. Nunez was unable to get the license plate number for the vehicle before it left the scene. Damages up to $2,500.
