WARSAW — NIPSCO is having a planned power outage for Tuesday, Sept. 3 for a small area in Warsaw.

This will cause a disruption in the traffic signal at Detroit St. and Winona Ave. from approximately 10 a.m. until noon. 

Indiana Department of Transportation has been notified.  The outage will affect businesses and residents in that immediate area only.  NIPSCO has notified their customers.
