MENTONE — Republican voters in Mentone will decide which candidate will be on the fall election ballot for clerk-treasurer at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21, at the Mentone Emergency Services Building.

Each political party can have one clerk-treasurer candidate on the ballot. Nicki Norris and Tammy Stoneburner have both filed for the position in Mentone.

The Mentone convention is the fourth and final needed in Kosciusko County. Voters in Pierceton, Silver Lake and Etna Green participated in GOP conventions on Tuesday, Aug. 20.

The fall election is on Tuesday, Nov. 5.
