Theodore “Ted” James Migonis, 48, Rochester, passed away at 9:04 p.m., Friday, Aug. 9, 2019, at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana, Fort Wayne.

He was born on Jan. 3, 1971, in Rochester, the son of Richard and Linda (Summers) Migonis.

Mr. Migonis had served with the United States Army and had been a member of the Rochester Veteran of Foreign Wars Post.

Survivors include his mother, Linda Migonis, Rochester; brother, Jayson Leigh Migonis and wife Jessica, Kewanna; sister, Dannielle Pfeiffer Lynch and husband Steve, Rochester; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents, Howard and Bonnie Summers, uncles, Hank Summers and Richard Waltz.

No services are scheduled at this time.
