Warsaw — The City Plan Commission approved a plat reconfiguration of a half-acre of land to accommodate a land owner’s request.

The board approved preliminary and final plat plans for a .64-acre tract of land on the southwest corner of South Union Street and Winona Avenue for the purpose of reconfiguring three lots.

The city plan office offered a positive recommendation for request in a residential zone.

The property involved three residences owned by Daniel Hoyt, Norman Hoyte and David Wagoner.
