WARSAW — Penguin Point and the Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club recently held its 39th annual Big Wheel Race during the Family Carnival at Center Lake.

There were two divisions: Division one for 4 and 5-year-olds and division two for 6 and 7-year-olds.

Thanks to all the Optimist Club volunteer’s, helpers, parents and participants from this year’s Big Wheel Race. All-Winners received high fives from Wally and trophies, with first-place winners receiving bicycles. Second- and third-place winners received gift cards to Penguin Point.
