KOSCIUSKO — A driver was taken to a hospital after a one-vehicle accident in the area known as Devil’s Backbone on SR 25 south of Warsaw.

At approximately 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 24, officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a vehicle that was apparently traveling northeast when it went off the roadway and struck a tree.

Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory and Lutheran EMS also assisted at the scene.
