MARSHALL COUNTY — A 42-year-old Bremen man was arrested Tuesday, July 9, on charges of sexual misconduct with a minor.

Marlin Slabaugh was arrested by Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputies following an investigation. Marshall County authorities were notified at 12:59 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, of inappropriate sexual contact between Slabaugh and a juvenile.

Slabaugh has been booked in the Marshall County Jail.
