WARSAW —The Warsaw Police Department is trying to find the driver of an SUV that turned onto Husky Trail just prior to the fatal accident on Monday, June 10. 

Please note that the driver is simply a potential witness to the environment seconds before the collision occurred and could be helpful to investigators.
