Milford

Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following accident:

5:37 p.m. Monday, June 3, North Higbee Street, south of West Syracuse Street, Milford. Drivers: Christian Tucker, 24, CR 1250N, Milford; and Steven Hulse, 57, CR 52, Nappanee. Tucker told officers that he stopped at a red light, but thought that the light was green and proceeded through the intersection, colliding with Hulse’s vehicle. A passenger in Hulse’s vehicle, Jose Perdomo, 32, Etna Green; complained of neck pain but denied being transported. Damages up to $10,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

7:11 a.m. Wednesday, June 5, Parent Drive, north of Jalynn Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Brenda J. Payton-Burnett, 63, Parent Drive, Warsaw; and Pat Whitaker, 68, Arlington Lane, Warsaw. Payton-Burnett was backing her vehicle when she backed into Whitaker’s vehicle as it was passing by. Damage up to $5,000.

Fulton

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

3:25 a.m. Tuesday, June 4, SR 110, east of CR 450W. Driver: Jennifer M. Culp, 36, Culver. Culp’s vehicle struck a deer.

10:11 p.m. Monday, June 3, 2245 W. CR 200N, Rochester. Driver: Marissa Derrington, 23, Rochester. Derrington’s vehicle struck a deer.

3:13 pp.m. Monday, June 3, SR 14 and CR 550E. Driver: Charles Pocock, 80, Rochester. Pocock’s vehicle struck a deer.

2:08 p.m. Monday, June 3, SR 14 and CR 700E. Drivers: Matthew Carey, 19, Rochester, and Loyd Howard, 72, Culver. Carey’s vehicle struck the Howard vehicle.
