WARSAW — On Saturday, June 1, the Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department hosted their annual free Kids’ Fishing Derby and Casting Contest. Results are as follows: 

Ages 4 & under:        1st place Mason Ramsey; 2nd place Gunner Gonzalez
Ages 5-8:                  1st place Josh DeLaCruz;  2nd place Emma Denney
Ages 9-12:                1st place Abbigail Fisher;  2nd place Owen Gibson
Ages 13-16:              1st place Nick Ransbottom; 2nd place Savannah Baez
Casting Contest:       1st place Gannon Gonzalez;  2nd place Kyler Denney 

Grand Prize winner:  Miley Ramsey with a 1 lb 4.5 oz, 15” bass.
