NORTH WEBSTER — Wawasee Building Trades will hold an open house for the 2018-19 project home from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 29. A house is being built for Jeff and Jennifer Phillips at 6099 N. 950E, North Webster.

It is a ranch style house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens and a craft room on the main level. On one side is the family living area and on the other side is living quarters for Jeff’s mother.

There is a full basement underneath the main level, the main level is the open concept and it is 2,200 square feet in size. And there is a three-car garage, front porch and a deck on the back side will be finished this summer.
