WARSAW — Cardinal Services is proud to announce that the Dekko Foundation has awarded a grant of $100,000 toward its future home. The Dekko Foundation, which has a mission of supporting economic freedom through education, supports efforts focused on child development.

In making the award to Cardinal Services, the Dekko Foundation stated its board is excited to hear about those who will gain skills at the new location, putting them one step closer to self-sufficiency.

Cardinal CEO Randy Hall expressed thanks on behalf of the nearly 4,000 people Cardinal serves each year. Cardinal provides services to adults with developmental disabilities, and to families who have small children with needs.
