WARSAW — The final vote count was slower than anticipated by what’s being described as some minor discrepancies in Warsaw. But when the votes were tabulated, it was Republican incumbents Joe Thallemer, Cindy Dobbins, Jack Wilhite receiving the nominations for the general election in November for Warsaw. Incumbent Paula Kehr-Wicker will face Democrat opponent Tim Yeager in Syracuse’s Clerk-Treasurer’s race and Jim Zachary received the nomination for Winona Lake’s Town Council District 1 seat.

The total voter turnout for the city/town municipal elections was 15.82 percent.
