Linda Marie Novello, 74, North Webster, passed away at 4:39 a.m. Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at her home.

She was born on Dec. 19, 1944, in Cleveland, OH, to Everett James & Grace (Gallagher) Pierce.

She grew up in Cleveland, OH, graduated from Downers Grove High School and attended Mr. Robert’s Beauty School in Downers Grove, Ill. She was married on Sept. 18, 1965 in Downers Grove, Ill., to Ronald J. “Ron” Novello, who survives. She was a beautician by trade and cleaned homes for many years. She lived in Cleveland until 1963, lived in Illinois for many years, started coming to the Webster Lake area in 2002, and moved there permanently in 2012 from Bolingbrook, Ill.

She was raised in the Catholic Church, attended Living Waters Christian Church in Bolingbrook, Ill., and attended Salem Community Church in Wilmot with her good friend Janet Elwood, where she was blessed by a church family of loving people. Her passion was making life memories with her children, traveling the United States, and camping with family and friends. Her greatest joy was being a grandmother, spending time with her grandchildren, and all the fun in the sun on the lake.

She is survived by her husband: Ron Novello, North Webster; two daughters: Jennifer (Vernon) Smith, Oswego, Ill.; and Nicole (William) Austin, Beecher, Ill.; a son: Todd (Chris) Novello, Aurora, Ill.; seven grandchildren: Nikki, Nicholas, Sophia, Mackenzie, Annaliese, Averie and William; a great-granddaughter: Reagan; a brother: David Pierce, The Woodlands, Tex.; two nieces, Angela (Daigle) and Sara (Wilson); and a nephew: James Pierce.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. SR 15, Warsaw. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Owen Family Funeral Home, SR 13 and CR 500N, North Webster, is in charge of arrangements.
