Michael Brinkman, 78, of Leesburg, passed away on April 2, 2019 at his home.

He was born Nov. 12, 1940, in Garrett to Vern and Thelma (Myers) Brinkman. He was a U.S. Army veteran and served in Vietnam. He retired from Syracuse Rubber in 2003. He was an avid hunter and outdoors-man and was a member of the NRA, and KOSKO Gun club.

He is survived by his longtime companion Connie Losee of Leesburg; Connie’s sons: Eric (Julie) Losee of Wisconsin, and Mitch (Tamara) Losee of Warsaw as well as their six children. He was preceded by his parents and a brother.  No services are planned.  Eastlund Funeral Home handled Mr. Brinkman’s arrangements.
