WARSAW — Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that Rich A. Hoover has been promoted to assistant property manager.

In this role, Hoover oversees maintenance projects for company properties and manages property maintenance staff. He attended classes through the local chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors. He has been with the bank for seven years.
