Mary Elaine Frazier, 90, of Millersburg, passed away at 5:38 p.m. on Thursday, March 7, 2019, at her residence. She was born on March 1, 1929, in Syracuse to Lester O. & Clara (Burson) Sawyer.

She was a lifetime Millersburg resident and attended school in Syracuse. She was married on April 10, 1954, to Lawrence W. “Doc” Frazier who survives. She was a homemaker for most of her life.

She is survived by her husband Lawrence “Doc” Frazier of Millersburg; four daughters Darlene (Steve) Treat of Goshen, Karen (Ron) Butler, Debra (Greg) Long, and Joyce Frazier all of Millersburg; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents; son Lawrence Frazier; five sisters Evelyn Wolfinger, Ruth Sindel, Carol Speicher, Doris Randolph, and Linda Woodward; six brothers Marion Sawyer, Carl Sawyer, Robert Sawyer, James Sawyer, Frank Sawyer, and Arthur Sawyer

Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12, at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse,  A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. Burial will take place in the Syracuse Cemetery.

Preferred memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society, 130 Red Coach, Mishawaka, IN 46545. Memorial envelopes will be available in the funeral home.
