SYRACUSE — Wawasee Community School Corporation’s Kindergarten Roundup is Thursday, March 21.

They are ready to welcome the Class of 2032. If you are the parent of a child who will be 5 on or before Aug. 1, 2019, this information is for you.

Milford School, Syracuse Elementary School, and North Webster Elementary School will be hosting kindergarten roundup in each of their buildings from 3:30 to 7 p.m. Parents and their child may come anytime during that time frame.

Please bring the following items with you if you have them: parent’s and child’s Social Security numbers; child’s immunization records and birth certificate; doctor’s name, address and phone number; two names and phone numbers of people to reach in an emergency and parent’s workplace and phone numbers. In addition, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire.

If you know of children who will be 5 on or before Aug. 1, 2019, please share this information with their family.

If you are unsure which school your child will attend, you can go online to bit.ly/2FfWy1K. Under the search area on the left hand side, type in your street address and ZIP code; then choose kindergarten as the grade level from the drop down, and then hit the blue search bar. You will then see the elementary school where your child should attend.

If you are unable to attend kindergarten roundup or have specific questions, please call the elementary school where your child will attend. Staffing decisions are based upon the number of students enrolled, so please call the school where your child will attend if you are unable to attend kindergarten roundup.
