North Webster

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following accident:

4:51 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26, North SR 13, south of Syracuse Webster Road, North Webster. Driver: Jerry L. Ebey, 62, West Maple Street, Kimmel. Ebey stated he was driving north on SR 13 when a deer ran into the side of his vehicle. Damage up to $5,000. 

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

3:48 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 28, East Center Street, east of North Lincoln Street, Warsaw. Driver: Andrea L. Frame, 39, West CR 100S, Warsaw. Frame was traveling east on East Center Street when her vehicle went into the opposite lane of travel, jumping a curb and striking a pedestrian crossing sign. Damage up to $5,000.

6:17 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27, 302 W. Market St., Warsaw. Driver: unknown. Ronald C. Hurley, Mentone, said his vehicle was parked at Owens when his vehicle sustained damage on the roof of the cab. Damage up to $2,500.

4:36 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27, North Parker Street, south of Dubois Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Daniel Arroyo, 16, North Parker Street, Warsaw; and Wilma J. Stutzman, 85, Grey Wolf Court, Warsaw. Arroyo was traveling north on North Parker Street and did not see Stutzman’s vehicle slow for traffic. This caused Arroyo to rear-end Stutzman’s vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.
