Officers from the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

3:36 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, West CR 1350N, west of CR 200W, Milford. Driver: Silvestre Trujillo, 51, James Street, Milford. Trujillo’s vehicle struck a deer in the roadway. Damages up to $5,000.

6:04 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22, SR 13, north of East CR 200S, Pierceton. Driver: Daniel Bollenbacher, 55, Hickory Street, North Webster. Bollenbacher’s vehicle struck a deer in the roadway. Damages up to $5,000.

Warsaw

Officers from the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

9:34 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, Lake City Highway, east of Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Shevonie Allen Claire, 29, Buffalo Street, Warsaw; and Taryn Aurich, 33, Sophie Lane, Warsaw. Allen Claire began to switch lanes but did not see Aurich’s vehicle in the passing lane, causing the two vehicles to collide. Damages up to $5,000.

9:49 a.m. Friday, Feb. 22, 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw. Driver: Barbara Shanes, 74, Colfax St., Warsaw. Shanes was driving her vehicle through the parking lot and struck a parked vehicle registered to Jose Rodriguez-Tejera, Warsaw. Damages up to $10,000.

7:17 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, Detroit and Pope streets, Warsaw. Drivers: Dale Tillman, 58, CR 700S, Claypool; and Thomas Durham, 65, Old Road 30, Warsaw. Tillman failed to see Durham’s vehicle while stopped at a stop sign. Tillman drove his vehicle through the intersection and struck Durham’s vehicle. Damages up to $2,500.
