Spring Interpretive Walk Set For March 2

SYRACUSE — Put on your walking shoes or hiking attire and join Dr. Nate Bosch and Heather Harwood for the Wawasee Area Conservancy Foundation’s spring interpretive hike. The event will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 2, on WACF’s trails at the Levinson-LaBrosse Education Center, 11586 N. SR 13, Syracuse.

Bosch, director of the Lilly Center for Lakes & Streams, will delve into the scientific and ecological elements along the trail. Harwood, executive director of WACF, will share the history of WACF’s property and the value it adds to Lake Wawasee.

The event is free and while sign-up is not required, it would be helpful.
