• 6:50 a.m. Friday, Feb. 15, 3800 block of South Industrial Drive, Warsaw. Willie Sparkman reported that a fraudulent check was used at his business. Value: $275.
• 6:16 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13, 9800 block South CR 200W, Silver Lake. Investigation of a traffic crash.

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 2:43 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, 200 block East North Street, North Webster. Ashley Susan Eubank reported social security fraud.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 5:50 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, 1100 block East Market Street, Warsaw. Unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle occurred. 

Winona Lake

Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 11:43 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, 100 block of West 12th Street, Winona Lake. Police took a report of invasion of privacy.
