Teresa ‘Terri’ Reasoner

Teresa “Terri” Reasoner, 68, Ligonier, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 26, 2019, at home. She was born Feb. 4, 1950, the daughter of Herbert and Bonnia (Hicks) Wade in Elkhart. On June 6, 1970, she married Ralph Reasoner at the Ligonier Methodist Church.

She graduated from West Noble High School in 1968 and worked for West Noble School Corporation as an instructional assistant for 28 years. She was a member of Stone’s Hill Community Church and the West Noble American Legion Auxiliary. Terri loved to travel and spend time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include, her crazy husband, Ralph of Ligonier; two sons, Ryan (Christine) Reasoner of Union, Ky.; Adam Reasoner of Fort Wayne; two grandchildren, Grant Reasoner and Emily Reasoner; two sisters, Doris (Bob) Chokey of Nappanee, Chris (Randy) Kirkpatrick of Ligonier; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A funeral service will be held in Terri’s honor at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 2, Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway South, Ligonier, IN 46767. Pastor Joey Nelson will officiate. Burial will follow at Sparta Cemetery in Kimmell.

Family and friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1, at Yeager Funeral Home, and also from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service on Saturday.
