WARSAW — David Kolbe will present a program, with images, of his recent trip, travel and teaching experiences in Albania. The event will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2019, at Trinity United Methodist Church, 832 E. Center St., Warsaw.

Kolbe is a senior visiting professor for the Center for International Legal Studies based in Salzburg, Austria. He taught a short course on American Criminal Law and Procedure at Wisdom University, Tiranë, Albania for two weeks in November 2018. 

The public is welcome and there is no admission cost.
