He was born on Aug. 21, 1965 in Fulton County, Ind. to Leo Edward and Martha (Richardson) Pruitt.

He was a fan of wrestling and football. He also enjoyed spending time fishing.

Survivors include his father, Leo Edward Pruitt Sr., Macy; his son, Dustin Pruitt, Goshen; daughters: Brittany Pruitt, New Paris, Ashley (and husband Daman) O’Banion, Goshen, Courtney Pruitt, Silver Lake, and Paige Pruitt, Sliver Lake; seven
grandchildren; and a stepfather, Fred Meade, Mentone.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Martha “Marty” L. Meade, and maternal and paternal grandmothers.

Visitation hours will be from 12 – 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, 2019, at Hartzler Funeral Home, Akron.

Burial at a later date will take place in the Walton Cemetery, Walton.

Memorial donations can be made to the funeral home to assist in expenses.
