WARSAW — U.S. Rep. Jim Banks announced that a member of his staff will be in Warsaw and Columbia City on Thursday, Jan. 3, to meet with local residents and assist Hoosiers experiencing problems with a federal agency. Members of Banks’ staff also are available in his Fort Wayne office in the E. Ross Adair Federal Building, located at 1300 S. Harrison St. The office is open Thursday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
