Officers from the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

12:29 p.m. Monday, Dec. 31, West US 30, east of North CR 200W, Warsaw. Abdullah Mbai, 54, East Livingston Avenue, Reynoldburg, Ohio. Mbai told police he was driving his vehicle eastbound on US 30 when a semi began to merge into his lane, causing him to move his vehicle to the right and lose control until the vehicle left the roadway and come to rest in a ditch. Damage up to $2,500.
