Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

3:44 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18, 4600 block West CR 900S, Silver Lake. Marlin J. Heatwole reported the theft of tools from a new home construction site. Items stolen include folding ladders, a wheeled air compressor, and a crank diesel pump. Value: $2,000.
2:47 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18, 3400 block West CR 100S, Warsaw. Officers responded to a report of a sex offender residency violation.
12:48 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18, 10500 block North CR 200E, Milford. Hannah M. Fisher reported the theft of a vehicle. Value: $2,500.
5:14 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17, 100 block South CR 400W and West Crystal Lake Road, Warsaw. Sarah B. Tucker reported a vehicle that left the scene of a property damage crash.
5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17, 4900 block North SR 13, Leesburg. KCSD was contacted regarding a vehicle crash.
4:06 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17, 5400 block West CR 550N, Warsaw. Michael G. Sikora reported fraud. His credit card was used to make over $2,000 worth of purchases.
11:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 17, 3200 block West CR 700S, Claypool. A caller reported a neighbor’s dog continually in the roadway and on her property.
8:23 a.m. Monday, Dec. 17, 7800 block East CR 800S, South Whitley. Tammi D. Mazura reported damage to a school bus and vehicle on private property.
3:41 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, 4200 block West Old Road 30, Warsaw. Creighton Brothers reported the theft of a skid loader. The skid loader was recovered. Value: $15,000.

Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following incidents:

midnight Wednesday, Dec. 19, 300 block West Syracuse St., Milford. Officers responded to a report of a physical fight and conducted a traffic stop on one of the suspects.
4:47 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17, 400 block West Fourth St., Milford. Alan S. White reported criminal mischief. Items were stolen from a storage unit.
11:31 a.m. Monday, Dec. 17, 300 block South Oak Road, Milford. Mark A. Hoppus reported theft.

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following incident:

1:53 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18, 600 block South Main St., North Webster. Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity.

3:57 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, 500 block West Neher Road, Silver Lake. Officers responded to a report of intimidation.

7:57 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2400 block Jalynn St., Warsaw. Jennifer L. Ransbottom reported a stolen cellphone. Value: $840.
11:01 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, 200 block West Jefferson St., Warsaw. Tom Hopkins reported criminal trespass.
7:06 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, 1800 block South County Farm Road, Warsaw. Warsaw Community Church reported a no-contact order violation.
9:39 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14, 3300 block Lake City Highway and East Old Road 30, Warsaw. Officers responded to a report of a physical fight.
