WARSAW — The Beaman Home is excited to welcome Dr. Jennifer Hayes as its new executive director. 

Hayes comes to The Beaman Home with a strong nonprofit background and has lived in Kosciusko County for over 20 years. She recently completed her doctoral degree in organizational leadership at Indiana Wesleyan University. She holds a Master of Management degree and an undergraduate degree in human resources. The Beaman Home will benefit from this knowledge and experience.  

“I am excited to serve the staff and clients of The Beaman Home and am thankful to The Beaman Home board of directors for the opportunity to provide support for families in our communities,” Hayes stated.  

Hayes has been involved as a volunteer for special events and fundraising over the years at Combined Community Services, the Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts, Warsaw Rotary, Tri-Kappa and Warsaw Community Church. She and her husband, Kevin, have three adult children and enjoy boating on Chapman Lake and attending area sporting events.
