Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following incident:

11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, 300 block South Higbee Street, Milford. Andrew W. Boyer reported an electrical box was torn from the side of a house.

Officers with the Silver Lake Police Department investigated the following incident:

1:58 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3, 9300 block SR 15, Silver Lake. A theft was reported at McClure Oil.

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following incident:

6:35 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, 100 block North Front Street, Syracuse. Bobbie G. Wogoman reported theft of clothing valued at $100.

Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following incident:

1:45 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6, 2800 block Krista Lane, Winona Lake. Kimberly K. McCord reported reported theft of a cell phone valued at $270.
