Russell Allan Ritter, 65, formerly of Syracuse, died Nov. 21, 2018, in Florida.

He was born April 20, 1953, to Russell and Maxine (Spry) Ritter.

He is survived by his mother and sisters Donna (Dave) Beard and Kathy (Richard) VanDiepenbos, all of Syracuse; and special friend Caressa Clark of Florida.

He was preceded in death by his father and his brother Glen.

At his request, he was cremated. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
