KOSCIUSKO — The National Weather Service of Northern Indiana has declared a winter weather advisory for Kosciusko and surrounding counties. The advisory has been extended until 4 p.m. today, Nov. 15.

Expect snow, possibly mixed with sleet at times. Total accumulations of 2 to 4 inches expected. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning commute. Conditions will continue into this afternoon.
