Baby Emmitt Michael Scott Francis, passed away Monday, Oct. 22, 2018, at 11:44 p.m. in Dupont Hospital, Fort Wayne.  He was born Oct. 22, 2018, in Fort Wayne, IN to Taylor Rothenberger and Anthony Francis.

Surviving are his parents: Anthony Francis of Warsaw and Taylor Rothenberger, of Warsaw and formerly of Avilla; maternal grandparents: Adam (Kelly) Rothenberger of Avilla and Erin Sampson (Justin Perry) of Warsaw; sister: Olivia Rothenberger of Warsaw; brother: Addison Francis of Warsaw; Uncles: Tanner Rothenberger, Ethan Francis, Tristan Rothenberger and Finn Sampson; Aunts: Ava Sampson and Lea Rothenberger.  He was preceded in death by one sister, Ellie Francis.

Funeral services and interment will be private.
