Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following incident:

3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, 300 block East Williams St., Milford. Jeffrey N. Simpson reported fraud and forgery.

Officers from the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

10:23 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, 300 block of South Washington Street, Warsaw. Police responded to the Scot Pettit residence to investigate a found wallet with $20 cash in it.
10:42 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24, 600 block of Walter Way, Warsaw. Police responded to the Rick Lupica residence to investigate a report of criminal mischief.
