
Dorotha Marie Binkley Sheets, 102, Grace Village Retirement Community, Winona Lake, passed away at 8:50 a.m. Monday, Oct. 15, 2018.
She was born on May 1, 1916, in Bourbon, to James Arthur Hershberger and Aurel Ethel (McCuen) Hershberger. In 1936 she was married to Victor Binkley, he died in 1974. She re-married in 1994 to William Lee Sheets, he passed away in 2008.
She was a resident of Kosciusko County, Indiana for the past 81 years and she had worked for 22 years in the machine shop at Depuy in Warsaw. She was a member of Warsaw Community Grace Brethren Church. She lived a long and full life, she enjoyed sewing, but most of all she loved her family.
She will be lovingly remembered by her son: Curtis (Judy) Binkley, Florida; daughter: Sheila Poe, Warsaw; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, two brothers, and two sisters.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m.-noon, Monday, Oct. 22, at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw. Her funeral service will follow at noon, officiated by Pastor Andy Gavin. Burial will follow with a graveside service at Stony Point Cemetery in Atwood, Indiana.
