Jeffrey Jorczak, 57, Warsaw, passed away at 10:50 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2018, in his residence.
He was born Jan. 1, 1961, in Muncie, to James and Judith (Gotschall) Jorczak.

A Warsaw, resident for 40 years he was a 1979 Wawasee High School Graduate He attended Indiana University, Bloomington and graduated from I.P.F.W., Fort Wayne in 1999 with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. He was formerly employed by Kosciusko Community Hospital as Medical Records Technician. Jeffrey was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with friends at Café Mod.

Survivors include his parents: Jim and Judy Jorczak of Leesburg; a brother Jonathan (Debra) Jorczak of Sebastopol, Calif.; a sister, Jennifer Martin of Warsaw; and nieces: Grace Martin of Sarasota, Fla.; and Katherine Jorczak of Sebastopol. Hew was preceded by his niece Emma Martin on June 16, 2009

Visitation hours are scheduled from 10-11 a.m.,Tuesday, Oct. 16, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. His funeral service will immediately follow at 11 a.m., Tuesday in the Funeral Chapel with Pastor Steve Rahn officiating. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
